You’ll find actors from movies and television, sports heroes, rock stars, authors, even astronauts!

2. Tell your celebrity what to say!
Submit a personal message request or question to the celebrity. For example: “Please wish my Uncle George a happy 50th birthday” or “What was your favorite episode of your TV series?”

3. Tell your celebrity what to sign!
Select one of our authentic memorabilia items. Your celebrity will autograph it for you on camera during the event.

4. Tell us where to ship your purchase!

What may I ask the celebrity at my LiveAutographs.com session?  

You may ask the celebrity anything you like, as long as it relates to you or your gift recipient (not your businesses) and is appropriate. So, let common sense be your guide. If a celebrity can’t answer your question due to its sensitive nature, he or she will instead provide a personal message just for you.


Why can't I ask a celebrity to mention my business?

LiveAutographs.com is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Celebrities cannot mention businesses, companies, organizations, etc. in their messages to you. For more details on this policy, please read our Terms and Conditions of Use.


How will I see my LiveAutographs.com event? 

We record each event with multiple cameras to capture your personalized celebrity message and the autographing of your memorabilia. On the day of your event, you can log on to LiveAutographs.com to see streaming video of the live action. And, later that day, you'll be able to view and download a video of your personal message and autograph experience. Your memorabilia (and, if selected, a DVD) will be shipped to you within 72 hours of the event.


How can I be sure the autographed item I receive is authentic?

With LiveAutographs.com, seeing is believing! Your LiveAutographs.com celebrity experience is guaranteed 100% authentic: You’ll see and hear the celebrity of your choice speak directly to you while autographing the memorabilia you selected. The entire event will be captured on video and authenticated with a security-encrypted barcode.

How many experiences are available for each celebrity?


Think of it like buying tickets to a concert: There are a limited number of experiences available. So, if you see something you like, our best advice is to go for it … before we sell out.


Why are some celebrity events listed without specific timing? 

We announce each celebrity event as soon as we know about it, so you'll have the best opportunity to place your orders.

Often, we'll know and share the month of the event before we know the exact signing date. In that case, we'll do our best to confirm final details with the celebrity ASAP. And we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Typically, we'll be able to provide an exact event date 1--2 weeks before the big day.


What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.   

Are events ever cancelled? 

We'll do our best to ensure that all events happen as planned. In the rare event of a postponement or cancellation, customers will be notified via email and offered a full refund.

What is your refund policy after an event? 

Since each LiveAutographs.com experience is personalized, we cannot offer any refunds once a celebrity event has been completed.   

What shipping options do you offer? 

LiveAutographs.com ships your purchase via DHL for US addresses (ground, 2nd day, or next day air) and USPS for international addresses. Due to DHL regulations, we are not able to ship to US post office boxes. Please see our shopping cart for additional shipping information.   

Do you ship to international addresses? 

Yes. We ship to locations outside of the United States.
